THE BARN AT FRITZ FARM

In the fall of 2017, we had the privilege of being one of the exclusive suppliers of the reclaimed wood used in the interior of The Barn located at The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, Ky. The food hall where the Whiskey Bear Bar, Crank and Boom ice cream, and Kentucky for Kentucky are found has a classy Central Kentucky feel with a combination of an antique and modern touch. A place where shabby-chic design meets modern cuisine. We sourced and made the reclaimed table tops, bar tops, wallboard paneling, and accents all from salvaged barnwood and racehorse fencing found throughout Kentucky’s horse country. Powered by some of Lexington’s finest designers, our reclaimed wood products have become part of the experience when visitors come for a drink to watch the latest sports event or celebrate life. The team at Old World Timber was honored to share in the lasting legacy that The Summit at Fritz Farm will leave on Lexington’s growing dining trends. When you go to the bar, be sure to look for small logo inserts that we put on some of the tables.
