WHY OUR RECLAIMED WOOD BEAMS?

Our products are hand-made from 100% reclaimed timbers and planks. Our reclaimed wood beams will enhance any interior space not only with their unique looks but also by telling the history that has been preserved in each piece. Some of these boards and beams go back 200-300 years. Through our sophisticated restoration techniques, we salvage these historic timbers so that you can continue to share their story for generations to come.

Box beams are perfect for matching precise construction measurements and flexibility of design in order to give you a unique rustic look perfectly suited for your space. Also called hollow beams, they are made of three individual pieces of wood that are assembled together to form what looks like solid beams. Not only are they the perfect solution when wanting to have your beams match in width and height, but they are also potent for hiding wiring, speakers, plumbing, etc. All reclaimed wood beams are suitable for commercial and residential spaces.

Hand-hewn beams are crafted by hand using traditional tools, resulting in a rough, textured surface with irregularities and tool marks. In contrast, rough-sawn beams are cut with a sawmill, producing a smoother surface with visible saw marks and a more consistent appearance.

Our custom shop has perfected the art of removing the skins from solid reclaimed timbers and reassembling them into hollow beams without detectable seams. Our custom-fabricated products are an excellent choice for customers who want to wrap existing framing or who want the look of solid wood without the weight. Due to the labor and waste involved in manufacturing, recycled faux beams are typically more expensive than solid lumber beams. They are typically the best option for applications that require precisely matching widths and when needing to wrap exposed structural elements such as steel columns and steel I-beams. We can make box beams to match the patina and aesthetic of any of our reclaimed solid beams or salvaged planks. The aesthetic and ecological benefits of using reclaimed wood beams in home construction are undeniable. Find the ideal beam for your house in our wide variety here today.
